Egg 除了"蛋、卵"两个基本意思之外，还可指 " 人、家伙 " ，另外它还可引申为各种蛋状物如 "水雷、炸弹"等。
Old egg 不是指鸡蛋放时间长了或煮老了，而是用来指人，常用於口语中，意为"老家伙，老夥计"；
bad egg 同字面意思一样，可译为坏蛋，而 good egg 在英语 俚语中可指好人或好东西。
